Pasta with Creamy Beef Sauce
✨ Ingredients
300 g pasta shells
300–400 g beef strips or minced beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cooking cream
1 cup beef broth (or water + bouillon)
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
✨ Preparation
- Cook the pasta
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Cook the beef
In a pan, heat olive oil and brown the beef on medium-high heat until cooked and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside. - Prepare the sauce
In the same pan, add butter and sauté the onions until soft.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add paprika, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. - Add liquids
Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
Then add the cooking cream and stir until the sauce thickens. - Combine everything
Add the cooked beef back into the sauce.
Add the pasta and mix well.
Add shredded cheese and let it melt inside the sauce. - Serve
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
