Pasta with Creamy Beef Sauce


✨ Ingredients

300 g pasta shells

300–400 g beef strips or minced beef

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cooking cream

1 cup beef broth (or water + bouillon)

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish


✨ Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta
    Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the beef
    In a pan, heat olive oil and brown the beef on medium-high heat until cooked and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce
    In the same pan, add butter and sauté the onions until soft.
    Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
    Add paprika, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add liquids
    Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
    Then add the cooking cream and stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. Combine everything
    Add the cooked beef back into the sauce.
    Add the pasta and mix well.
    Add shredded cheese and let it melt inside the sauce.
  6. Serve
    Transfer to a plate and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
