Golden Chicken Fritters
🛒 Ingredients
2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken breast
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons flour (or cornstarch for extra crispiness)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

🔥 How to Make Them
- Create the Magic Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chicken with mozzarella.
Add the eggs, flour, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything until you get a thick, creamy batter filled with cheese and flavor.

Pour a little oil into a non-stick pan and set it over medium heat.
