Golden Chicken Fritters



🛒 Ingredients

2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken breast

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 large eggs

3 tablespoons flour (or cornstarch for extra crispiness)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Oil for frying


🔥 How to Make Them

  1. Create the Magic Mixture

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chicken with mozzarella.
Add the eggs, flour, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything until you get a thick, creamy batter filled with cheese and flavor.

  1. Heat & Sizzle

Pour a little oil into a non-stick pan and set it over medium heat.
When the oil warms up, you’re ready for the fun part!

  1. Spoon, Drop, and Fry

Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and gently drop it into the pan.
Let it sizzle until the edges turn beautifully golden.

  1. Flip to Perfection

Turn the fritters and fry the other side.
Each piece should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside — that’s when you know they’re ready.

  1. Serve Hot & Enjoy

Place them on paper towels to remove extra oil.
Serve them warm with garlic sauce, spicy mayo, or your favorite dip.

For an extra burst of flavor, add a pinch of paprika or chopped parsley to the mixture.
