✨ Ingredients

For the filling:

2 cups cooked shredded chicken
(or cooked minced meat, tuna, or vegetables — your choice)

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

For assembling:

2 sheets puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)

1 egg (for brushing)


✨ Preparation Method

  1. Prepare the filling
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
  4. Add shredded chicken (or your preferred filling).
  5. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in grated cheese and parsley.
  7. Let the mixture cool completely.
  8. Assemble the pastries
  9. Cut the puff pastry into small squares.
  10. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each square.
  11. Bring all corners of the dough together to form a small closed pouch.
  12. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  13. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden color.
  14. Bake

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20–25 minutes
until golden and crispy.
