For the filling:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
(or cooked minced meat, tuna, or vegetables — your choice)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
For assembling:
2 sheets puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
1 egg (for brushing)
✨ Preparation Method
- Prepare the filling
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
- Add shredded chicken (or your preferred filling).
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Remove from heat and mix in grated cheese and parsley.
- Let the mixture cool completely.
- Assemble the pastries
- Cut the puff pastry into small squares.
- Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each square.
- Bring all corners of the dough together to form a small closed pouch.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden color.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20–25 minutes
until golden and crispy.
