Ingredients:

5 garlic cloves, minced

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup beef broth

1/3 cup soy sauce

3 tbsp hoisin sauce

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp black pepper

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

10 oz linguine

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp water

4 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook the pasta: Boil the linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add flavorings: Stir in the garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

Thicken the sauce: Whisk cornstarch and water until smooth, then stir into the skillet. Bring to a gentle boil until the sauce thickens.

Combine with pasta: Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing until fully coated. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Finish and serve: Top with sliced green onions and serve hot.
