Cherry Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients:

2 packs of cream cheese (about 450 g / 16 oz), softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 large container of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 can cherry pie filling (or fresh cherries with syrup)

1 pack graham crackers (or digestive biscuits), crushed

1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the crust:

Crush the graham crackers (or digestive biscuits) into fine crumbs.

Mix with melted butter until combined.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish or tray. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.

  1. Make the cheesecake filling:

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.

  1. Assemble the layers:

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.

Add spoonfuls of cherry pie filling on top.

Using a knife or spatula, gently swirl the cherry topping into the cream layer to create a marble effect.

  1. Chill:

Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) to set.

  1. Serve cold:

Slice into squares and enjoy this creamy cherry
