Snickers Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups chopped Snickers bars

1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chopped Snickers pieces.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough balls (about 1–2 tablespoons each) onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden (centers may look slightly soft).
  9. Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  10. If desired, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over cooled cookies for decoration.

✨ You’ll get soft, chewy cookies filled with peanut butter flavor and chunks of Snickers!
